How The Chemistry Works
This isn't an instant physical extraction. This is a strategic chemical deployment that relies on the Pacific Northwest weather.
1. Surface Prep
We start with a full roof blow-off. We clear away loose pine needles, leaves, and trapped debris so the chemistry can reach the shingle surface.
2. Ridge Application
We deploy a concentrated, commercial-grade moss deterrent (Moss Out / Corry’s) heavily along the peaks and structural ridges of the roof.
3. Rain Activation
Over 6 to 8 weeks, natural rainfall washes the treatment down the slope. The moss turns brown, dies at the root, and safely flakes away.
